چکیده

A physician commenting on the indications for surgery in Crohn's disease must first establish his credentials. Since Crohn's disease is not a single disease entity but a wide variety of disorders masquerading under a single name a careful evaluation of each symptomatic patient must precede a decision to advise medical or surgical treatment.
